This Privacy Policy describes how MJB Elite Health LLC ("MJB Elite Health," "MJB," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit mjbelitehealth.com or go.mjbelitehealth.com (together, the "Sites"), request our playbook, submit an application, book a call, interact with our advertisements, or communicate with us.

This Policy describes our actual practices. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Sites.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. We collect what you type into our forms. Depending on which form you use, that includes:

• Your first and last name, email address, and phone number. We collect these when you request the playbook, before you are asked anything else.
• Your answers to our application questions: what is getting in the way of your health goals, how soon you would want to begin, and whether you are in a position to invest in coaching.
• Anything you tell us in emails, texts, calls, or messages.
• Professional information and health or lifestyle goals you choose to share with us.

We save your name, email address, and phone number as soon as you enter them, before you finish anything else, so that a dropped connection does not lose your request. If you later tell us not to contact you, we keep the record but mark it "do not contact" and stop reaching out. You can ask us to delete the record entirely at any time.

Some of your answers describe your health, fitness, and lifestyle. We treat those answers as sensitive. We use them only to prepare for and conduct your consultation and to decide whether our program is a fit.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Sites, we and our service providers automatically collect:

• Device and browser information, IP address, and approximate (city-level) location derived from IP.
• Pages viewed, buttons clicked, video watch time, and your progress through our forms, including which answers you select. Our analytics provider stores those answers linked to the email address you give us.
• Session replays: recordings of how you interact with the page, including mouse movement, scrolling, and taps.
• Advertising identifiers and campaign parameters, including cookie identifiers and click IDs set by the advertising platforms named below.

Information from other sources. If you book a call, our scheduling provider sends us your booking details. Advertising platforms give us aggregate reporting about ad performance.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Send you the playbook and the materials you asked for.
• Review your application and prepare for your consultation.
• Schedule, confirm, remind you about, and follow up on calls you book.
• Respond to your questions and requests.
• Send you information about our coaching program by email, and, only with your consent, by phone call and text message.
• Understand how visitors use the Sites so we can improve them.
• Measure the performance of our advertising and reach people likely to be interested in our services.
• Maintain the security of the Sites and prevent abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Send you educational health and wellness content, program updates, and relevant offers.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send.

Our application scores your answers automatically to help us decide whether to offer you a call. A person reviews your application before your call. Nothing on the Sites makes automated decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any similar matter.

Calls and Text Messages

When you give us your phone number, we tell you at that moment what you are agreeing to, and calls and texts happen only if you agree.

• Message frequency varies. Typically this is a small number of messages about your playbook, your application, and your call.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You can also email us at the address below. Where texts are sent through our messaging provider, STOP takes effect immediately and automatically. Where a message was sent to you personally by a member of our team, we act on your request within 10 business days.
• Reply HELP to any message, or email us, for help.
• Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing anything. We do need at least one way to reach you in order to process an application.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, or your consent to be texted, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with the service providers who deliver messages on our behalf, and only so they can deliver them.

Advertising, Analytics, and Session Replay

We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and we may advertise on Google and LinkedIn. These platforms set cookies and receive information about your visit so that we can measure results and show ads to people likely to be interested in our services.

We also send some information about your actions on the Sites directly from our servers to Meta, so that our reporting works when a browser blocks the equivalent browser-side request. When we do this, your email address and phone number are hashed before they leave our systems. Your IP address and browser user agent are sent unhashed, because the platform requires them in that form.

We use PostHog and Microsoft Clarity for product analytics, heatmaps, and session replay. PostHog's session replay is configured to mask form inputs, so what you type into our forms is not captured in its recordings.

You can control advertising preferences through your browser settings and through each platform's own ad settings. Turning these off does not stop us from operating the Sites.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We do share it with service providers who work on our behalf, under contracts that limit them to that work:

• GoHighLevel, our customer relationship system, which stores your record.
• Supabase, which hosts our own database, where your record is also stored.
• Calendly, which schedules and confirms your call.
• Resend, which delivers our email.
• Twilio, which delivers text messages where we send them through a provider.
• Meta, for advertising measurement and audiences, as described in section 4.
• PostHog and Microsoft Clarity, for analytics, heatmaps, and session replay.
• Vercel, which hosts the Sites.
• Google, where we keep a scheduling and call record.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business. If that last one happens, we will say so on this page first.

The Sites may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external websites.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep your record for as long as you may reasonably want to hear from us, and for as long as we need it for legal, tax, or dispute purposes. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it, except where we are required to keep something.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Get a copy of it.
• Correct it.
• Delete it.
• Opt out of marketing, and of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email us at the address in section 13. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time the law allows.

California residents: we do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, and you can opt out by emailing us or by using your browser and platform ad settings.

Washington and Nevada residents: some of the answers you give us describe your health. If you live in either state and want your health-related answers deleted, email us and we will delete them.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Sites are for adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Our Sites do not currently respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control browser signals. You can opt out of marketing by emailing us, and of advertising cookies through your browser and platform settings.

MJB Elite Health provides coaching, education, and lifestyle guidance. Our services are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Consult a licensed medical professional before starting any fitness, nutrition, or wellness program.

Results vary based on individual effort, lifestyle, and personal circumstances.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top and post the new version on this page.
