Hi, I’m Mike Behr, Founder of MJB ELITE HEALTH.
About 4 years ago, I was working an intense corporate job where I was extremely burnt out. I was working 70-80 hours, drinking 4-5 times a week, and didn’t think twice when it came to my health. I was 20 pounds overweight, couldn’t run 1 mile or do 20 pushups in a row, and was in an extremely bad spot mentally and physically.
I knew I needed to make a change but had no idea where to begin. I spent the next 6 months studying every fitness, nutrition, sleep, habit building, productivity book/scientific study you can imagine. I also spoke with many doctors in the field of health and performance.
I needed something that I could follow consistently with my crazy busy schedule. After countless hours of speaking and learning from as many doctors/studies as possible, I was able to develop a plan that allowed me to start optimizing my health again while working those crazy long hours.
For perspective, when I was starting out I could barely run 1 mile and do 20 pushups in a row. After following this framework for 4 months, I ran the 4x4x48 which consisted of running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours.
6 months later I ran my first ever Ironman event. I spent the last 2 years making this the best health optimization program out there in my opinion.
The best part? It takes under 3 hours per week on your end.
